(WIDK By Jane Rouen) – A supposed American spy was caught in Moscow with a blond wig, a huge amount of money, and a letter promising $1,000,000 in return for a Russian agent’s defection.

Ryan Fogle, 29, a low-level U.S. diplomat located in Moscow, was detained by the Russian authorities who allegedly caught him with a pile of cash, a blond wig and a letter promising $1,000,000 to a senior member of Russia’s special services if he would defect.
A video was posted of Mr. Fogle in a wig and a baseball cap being arrested by the Russian Federal Security Service, the successor to the KGB.
According to ABC News, Fogle was questioned briefly in the Lubyanka complex before being released to the American authorities.
No American diplomat has been accused of spying in Russia in more than a decade.
