According to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, toilet thief, Donald Allen Citron, 48, was arrested last week for stealing and selling $6,000 worth of toilet pipes and valves from more than 18 places around Denver, Colorado.

Elizabeth Perry, 21, from Chicago broke into a home and kidnapped a 21-year-old man in an effort to extort five-thousand dollars. The man was pistol whipped, burnt with cigarettes, and tortured for several hours until he was eventually let loose.
