Unnamed mother, 31, and her boyfriend, 29, were arrested in Florida after the woman’s two daughters were found in filthy rooms, a 7-year old girl with a broken ankle that had not been treated, using a cane to walk, and a 4-year old with a learning disability who had been molested by her mom’s boyfriend.

Angela Norman, 42, of Dayton, Ohio, pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter on Friday after her daughter, Makayla, died in March 2011 from nutritional and medical neglect.
