(WIDK By Brittany Hahn) - She made her son feel sick as she pocketed his donation money.
New Jersey woman, Susan Morris Stillwaggon faked her own son’s cancer and pocketed the money. Even her son believed he was truly ill.
She faked the son’s illness on Facebook and even allowed her son’s soccer team to raise money through fundraisers on his behalf.
Daily Mail reports that police were tipped off anonymously by another police department as the elementary school the boy attended grew suspicious.
Stillwaggon was charged April 25 with 3rd degree theft by deception, 3rd degree forgery, 2nd degree endangering the welfare of a child, and 2nd degree using a juvenile to commit a criminal offense.
