Katherina Allen, 42, and her two daughters, Kerri and Kayla were celebrating Kerri’s 10th birthday at a crowded Cracker Barrel restaurant in Ohio Thursday night when her estranged husband shot her and the birthday girl dead while leaving Kayla in critical condition before being fatally shot by police.
According to the Washington Post, Katherina left her husband just two days earlier and fled with her daughters after an incident on Easter that made her too scared to go home for her belongings.
Katherina called 911 when she saw her husband in his car circling the Cracker Barrel parking lot before he entered the restaurant.
When police arrived they heard gunshots and saw Allen leaving the restaurant brandishing a shotgun. Police shot him dead when they ordered him to surrender and he refused, according to CBS News.
The restaurant was evacuated and no one else was hurt.

On my comp it says man kils his estranged wife and 2 daughters. But yet article then reads one daughter in critical condition. What a horrifc scene! I cant begin to imagine what must go through a persons mind before they act on their rage.
