(WIDK By Lukasz Bielawski) – A family in Miami is devastated after a school bus demolishes their home.

Elijah Smith, 39, is being charged for fleeing the scene of an accident, after he crashed his vehicle into a school bus, containing two special needs children, and causing it to crash into a house with a family in it, luckily no one was hurt.

According to 7 News, Witnesses claim that Smith ran a stop sign, hit the bus, which forced it into the house, and then fled on foot.

Smith was also texting and driving with a suspended license.

Smith was arrested and is being held on a $11,500 bond.
