Traffic police 2nd Lt. Nguyen Manh Phan ordered a bus driver to pull over the 39-seat passenger coach in order to produce his papers. The driver refused, hopped back into the bus and took off however, to his surprise, Lt. Phan grabbed onto the windshield wipers and held on for close to a mile trying to get the driver to pull over.
According to The Washington Post, the driver reached speeds of up to 30 mph and swerved in an out of oncoming traffic.
Eventually, the driver pulled over and was arrested for acting against public officials, an offense that carries a maximum three-year prison sentence.
The driver previously served 4 years for a fatal traffic accident and was released in 2010.

Are you serious? 3 years for not following orders from the police yet 4 years from a fatal accident? So….disobediance is far worse a crime then the taking of a life I guess….hmmmmm
