(WIDK By Mike Finiello) - It just goes to show, fashion statements don’t always hold up in court.

LaMarcus D. Ramsey, 20, Prattville, Ala, was sentenced to three days in prison for contempt of court due to the “saggy-ness” of his pants.
Ramsey, who was in an Autauga County Circuit Court Tuesday to enter a plea for receiving stolen goods received the sentence from Judge John Bush, who informed Ramsey to either buy pants that fit or a belt when he is released.
According to CBS News, Judge Bush compared the disrespect of Ramsey’s low riding pants to that of standing up in court and cussing everybody out.
Ramsey’s public defender has yet to release any statement.
