(WIDK By Bob Bachelder) - A young boy has been living in China without a face for the past two years.
Wang Xiaopeng, 6, set himself on fire two years ago trying to light a pile of corn straw with a lighter and accidentally burnt himself very badly.
According to The Sun, the boy suffered from terrible burns and has no hair, lips, nose, eyelids, and fingers.
The boy has only a few friends and does not attend school because no administration will admit him.
Xiaopeng’s family has now gone bankrupt because of the tragedy and can no longer afford to pay his medical bills.
They have spent about 150,000 Yuan — about $24 thousand US dollars — saving the boy’s life and need another 300,000 Yuan for more surgeries that will help him reshape his face.
The family has since sold their home and is now living on a very small patch of land in China.
KAT Dont be so sure of yourself, I have a loved one who was severly burned just as this young boy was and he has the same exact type of injurys. They look the same as my brothers, the way the eyes are deep under the skin is because of SKIN GRAFTING and SCAR TISSUE. I dont think anyone could ever perfect what a burn patient looks like with stage makeup. One thing I will agree on. some pictures of little kids laying in beds with captions asking for money because they need a heart transplant are quite possibly scams….

Alot of the stuff on this site is so fishy, and this one looks like it too. As a previous theater major I did alot of stage makeup, and I agree that this looks like a mask. And the reason I think that is his eyes are so deep under the skin, which tells me it was contructed on top of his skin. It could be scar tissue, but just always be careful what causes you send your money too
Bring him to the United States! We have the most awesome Shriners Hopitals here where they help regardless of insurance and how much money you have!
