(WIDK By Mike Finiello) - As if being uninvited wasn’t enough, a Brookings, South Dakota woman stepped over the line.

Rebecca Silva, 24, faces  misdemeanor charges after drunkenly breaking into a strangers home and attempting to breast feed their two month old baby.

The Republic reports that Silva proceeded in treating the house as if it were her own, eventually falling asleep in a bed even after the mother of the child called 9-1-1.

Silva denies the intrusion or that she tried to feed the child, claiming that she had met the mother the night before and was invited into the home. Silva claims she was even given  pajamas to wear.

A court date has been set for April 30th. Silva has been charged with unlawful occupancy.
