(WIDK by Meggan Gittens) - Melissa Kingfield, 30, says she feels taken advantage of, conned, manipulated and used after a relationship with a cop went sour.
Kingfield is accusing 13-year-old veteran, husband, and father, David McCann with carrying on an affair with her and participating in sexual activity while the cop was on duty 36 times.
According to Sun Sentinel Officer David McCann insist that their trysts only took place when he was off duty. He was sentenced to 200-hour suspension as punishment. 160 hours for on-duty sex and another 40 hours for violating rules of employees working outside jobs.
Kingfield turned over a journal, and a detailed spreadsheet to prove her claims that all sexual accounts happened while McCann was on duty.
