(WIDK By Mike McCurdy) - A two-year-old is dead after becoming trapped in an automatic car window while her father was ordering food.
Reginald Ballard, Sr, 24, was ordering food inside a Captain D’s restaurant in Memphis when, upon returning 10 minutes later, he found his daughter, Reniyah Ballard, 2, caught by her neck and head outside the car in a power window.
According to News Channel 3: Memphis, Ballard left his keys in the ignition, powering the car, while he left his three children, ages four, two and six months unsupervised.
Upon finding his daughter, Ballard attempted CPR then rushed her down to a local fire station for help. The girl was later pronounced dead.
Ballard now faces criminally negligent homicide charges.

This is the EXACT reason i DON’T leave my child in the car ever!!! From new born to age three now i take him with me EVERYTIME im not Line of SIght with my car. I dont care how stupid i look taking my kid out of the car to go inside and pay gas! Atleast i know where he is and what is doing!

It’s the standard response when a black man does anything…he’s not responsible for his own actions. It’s not his fault. Blame someone else. Make excuses for him. Kid’s probably the lucky one.

That is exactly why I would NEVER leave my kids alone in the car. I understand its hard to get 3 small kids out of the car, SO GO TO A DRIVE THRU! Then NO ONE has to get out!

Um no he is not a kid, he’s a grown man and knew better than to leave his children which they are KIDS, unattended in a car. And he should feel like a peace of crap for it.
