(WIDK By AnnaMarie Houlis) – One young girl used her wits to save future children from molestation.
A brave 10-year-old girl was able to use her Nintendo DS game console to take a picture of predator John Fisher, 46, who had been inappropriately touching her for the second time.
The girl told her mother that Fisher had done this before, but no action was taken; she needed to have convincing evidence, and this time she got it.
According to the Daily Mail, police described the picture as ‘indisputable proof’ and arrested Fisher yesterday, March 27th at Ipswich Crown Court and sentenced him to three-and-a-half years in jail.
This is not a first, however; Fisher was also jailed after admitting to two offences of assault in January 2010 and November 2011, ordered to sign the sex offenders registrar and restricted from contact with children under the age of 16 for the next decade.

What I see here is the girl told the mother, the mother went to the cops, and the cops said “we need evidence”. So before you blame the mother for doing nothing in all reality it was most likely the cops couldn’t do anything because it was the word of a ten year old only.
I would not think someone who raised someone so smart wouldn’t had gone to the police. He was in fact sentence before and on probation, the town knew most likely he was a sex offender and ANYONE could just say “he tried to touch me” some people do reform. So before the police could move forward they have to have PROOF such an act. I do not agree with this, how ever that the way the law has to be. OR we would have so many more innocent people in jail because someone said they did something.
When I was 17 I got a felony for armed robbery, never done it again, how ever that doesn’t stop someone from robbing a bank and blaming me due to my prior conviction. Of course the cops wouldnt due anything to me unless they had proof. I’m sure there us more to this then what this site is reporting.
Anyways the guy should get more time then 3.5 years come on, I steal a car and can get 5-10 for grand theft but someone who is sick and ruining someones life only gets 3? WTF is wrong here.
I agree with the man above saying that he was only givin 3 and 1/2 years. I dont understand what these people are thinking in their minds when they do this. Why go easy on this man?!?!?! 3 and 1/2 years? Seriously! He didn’t do this just once. He did it multiple times, and thats it?! And that mother, i’m sorry to say, made a mistake to not do anything. Who is stupid enough to ignore the harm of INNOCENT CHILDREN!!
But, good for the young girl. She was smart and brave. Not many can say that:)

What the hell is wrong with this country? The damn sicko is harming children & the judges just give him a slap on the wrist & then turn him loose to hurt other children! He needs to have his penis cutoff and shoved up his ass & have his asshole sewn shut! And then they need to take this sicko and drop him in a Lousiana swamp full of gators! These bastards like Fisher deserve to die slowly & painfully!
