(WIDK By Hannah Tool) - Two women left a teen mother in charge of their seven collective children for ten days.

Rachel Hoyt and Natasha Carter left their seven children, all between the ages of 2 and six, in the care of a 16-year-old babysitter while the two Wisconsin women took a ten-day hiatus from motherhood to drink alcohol and smoke marijuana.
When human services appeared at the residence after receiving a complaint, the Superior Telegram reports that the home was filthy, with only two diapers and no milk, and that the teen babysitter had no way of reaching out for more supplies or purchasing them on her own.
Carter– who is now facing four counts of misdemeanor– showed up at the home while officials were there and admitted to being under the influences of alcohol and marijuana.
A friend of the teen babysitter– who had her own young child to care for, in addition to Hoyt and Carter’s– told authorities that the request had initially been to babysit the children for three days while the women went to Chicago, but three days, she said, quickly extended to ten.
Both women are due in court on March 29th.
