(WIDK by Olivia Roat) - A former employee  of a UK Christian school was arrested on charges of sexual misconduct with a student.

Former King’s Way Christian School assistant librarian and assistant basketball coach Kyley Allworth, 29, appeared in court on suspicion of three counts of first-degree sexual misconduct with a 17-year-old female student.

According to Clark County Superior Court documents, Allworth allegedly had sexual conduct with the student eight times between February 24 and March 8, at the school and at the First Church of God located next to the school.

Allworth resigned from the school last week and her husband of four years recently moved out, reports The Columbian.

Allworth is currently being held on 50,000 bail and is considered at risk of suicide. Arraignment is scheduled for March 28.
