(WIDK By Hannah Tool) - A customer got more than a refund on Monday when she visited a Maryland Radio Shack.

Shanae Lewis, of Baltimore, went into her local Radio Shack to purchase a tape adapter and was met with a horribly rude, and offensive, receipt.
ABC News reports that she was given a receipt that read, “Ugly Itch,” from “Ghettohood” in “Tattooville, USA.”
Lewis, who’s tattooed arms are in remembrance of her mother and an infant she lost to SIDS, was offended to be profiled in that way.
She told ABC News, “To be displayed as something like that because of my ethnicity or because I’m from Baltimore is discriminatory.”
The sales associated claims he wrote it on the receipt as a joke.
