Harriet Smith, 26, struggled with an eating disorder since the age of 14.
Her weight tumbled to a staggering 70 pounds before seeking treatment.
According to Daily Mail UK, Harriet was admitted into treatment in 2005 for becoming anorexic and at one point was fed through a feeding tube.
She hopes to donate any proceeds made to an animal charity.
